8:00am? Get in line for Weigh-In, especially on Wednesday (or Weigh-In Tuesday 1pm-6pm)
8:30am – 9am Weigh-In at NYYC, do not miss this. Crew cannot board unweighed, harms everyone.
9:05am Car-pool if you can, to save parking costs at WestWind Marina

08:00am Gather at Westwind Marina (26 Waites Wharf, Newport, RI 02840)
- One volunteer has brought lunches, → Strider
- One volunteer offered car for unloading Strider, can temporary park at end of street near marina, stay with car
- All remaining help unload Strider into car
- (exception anyone weighing, must be done at NYYC, do not be late!)
- Change head-sail / adjust shrouds

09:15am Departure, at the helm (waiting on crew to weigh-in)

Team Agreements from now through race day
- Create our own luck every day: think ahead, be prepared, be rested and alert
- We depend on each other, be early and prepared to every critical time below, no excuses.
- Return text, email, phone calls in no more than 24 hours to any crew member. In the event of confusion, arguments, disagreements, etc. use voice phone, no text, to minimize confusion.
- Event activities and travel in Newport, for safety and fun don’t allow crew to be alone
- Leave Roger Williams University, NYYC, as good or better than we found it

- The port captain is responsible for leveraging knowledge they have, or obtain, to rally team mates to critical morning times and plan post race dinner and entertainment:
