The Cows Trophy Race, first sailed in 1955 and won by Bill Ziegler on Bounding Home, is a wonderful race absolutely unique to the Stamford Yacht Club. It consists of an indeterminate number of legs all beginning and ending at Cows Bell R32.

If conditions are very windy or raindy, we may delay our departure to reduce the time we are exposed to bad weather. 

10:00am: Whole team gathers, Change headsail if necessary
10:20am: departure
12:10pm: Arrive at Start for practice / fine adjustment of Strider
     (or pickup crew at Stamford, if any, 12:20pm)
1:30pm: Lunch and Check In 
2:00pm: First Signal
6:00pm: Time Limit Expired
