Saturday,

Volunteers:
* Pick up lunch food from store in Connecticut (dan’s treat)
* Car available to store personal items Saturday and Sunday morning
* Unload Strider 8am Saturday & Sunday
* Saturday – Pick up Captains Bag / Registers Strider 

  • 5:30am depart Huntington for Cedar Point
  • x:xxam One crew picks up lunches for the day
  • 7:00am Food Truck open
  • 7:15am Land arriving Crew arrives, works out parking /transport on site, coffee/bathroom to be ready at 8:00am
  • 8:00am Land arriving Crew helps unload personal items from Strider into crew car
  • 8:00am Strider Arrives CPYC, Sea Arriving Crew works out on-site coffee/bathroom/food truck
  • 8:50am Crew on Strider ready to depart
  • 9:00am Harbor Start (depart dock), 40 min ride to start area, practice, etc.
  • 10:30am First Warning
  • First warning at 1030
  • After racing PARTY & DINNER
  • Open Bar, Beer, Wine
  •  Wood fired pizza, salad, gelato, expresso and cappuccino

Sunday,

  • Repeat Saturday
  • 3pm Time limit to start a new race, followed by 90 minute TLE
  • 4:30pm Absolute end of racing (Time Limit Expire for race at 3:00pm)
  • Reload Strider with all contents from cars, go to Trophy presentation
  • Trophy presentation to follow after racing.
  • Chili dogs and chips at Trophy Presentation
  • 6:30pm Strider Departs for Huntington, eta 9:15pm
  • Close up Strider

  • Breakfast Food Truck on site starting at 0700
  • 9:00am Harbor Start
  • First warning at 1030
  • After racing PARTY & DINNER

  •  Wood fired pizza, salad, gelato, expresso and cappuccino

Sunday, OLD

  • Breakfast Food Truck on site starting at 0700
  • First warning at 1030
  • Trophy presentation to follow after racing.
  • Chili dogs and chips
